Warranty/Returns
Like most custom made orthotics, our arch supports may feel unusual at first. The initial discomfort is a result of the support elevating and supporting the foot. This usually goes away in a few days but for some people with flat feet (over-pronation) it may take a little bit longer (two or three weeks more).  If you have any questions or consers about our products please contact support@hitechsupports.com before you place your order.

These supports are all semi-custom made, therefore each and every product ordered is specifically made for that wearer and cannot be used for anyone else. There are absolutely no returns on semi-custom supports. Semi-custom supports are created specifically for that individual and that individuals condition so they cannot be accepted as a return.
